WHAT'S NEW WITH ME YOU MAY BE ASKING!!

Hi Everyone!! Well I just recently got back from the Fitness Universe Show in Miami and it was def. a great experience!! Please check out my gallery as I will be posting some new pic's from the competition here shortly! Well, if your in town you can come check me out at my next competition which will be another show put on by Fitness America. The show will be at the Glendale Community College at the Glendale Performing Arts Theatre on August 18th which is a Saturday. For more info. you can go to http://www.fitnessamerica.com/ and go to the events schedule for further details of showtimes, directions, etc. Right now I am just concentrating on getting back to my intense training schedule and that lovely dieting.. which is so much fun let me tell you! I had a little break after the Miami show which was well needed and now its time to get started again! It's always nice to take a little break after competitions as your body needs it but I always enjoy the benefits that I reap from hard training and lots of discipline!!
